Rust on Chrome Plating

The purpose of chrome plating on certain metal surface make the metal can stand more to corrode. But chrome plating is not stand to corrode forever, chrome plating will rust in use for period of time. After the surface is exposed to environment air, rust on chrome plating will happen. Tips and Trick of Polishing Process

To clean anodized aluminum surface use by mechanical polishing don’t use chemicals either bake soda, Sodium Hydroxide or acid because this chemicals can react with aluminum surface and make broke the surface of aluminum or it can cause discoloration. Don't use abrasive cleaner and scrubber when clean the surface of anodized aluminum , aluminum oxide can scratch easily, and the color or bright and shine surface won’t merge. When use new type or new trade mark of cleaning product better test to small object to try the quality of that product, don’t directly use in real object that will cleaning. Drying surface immediately when rinsing after polishing to avoid streaks and spots on the surface, this can because of oxide of aluminum happened and can make bad anodized product quality .
