2. The quality of nickel plating solution should not contaminated with other chemicals, or the concentration should fulfill to the procedure of nickel plating.
3. Rubber lining in good condition and don't leakage
4. Electric current density should fulfill the procedure of nickel plating
5. Nickel wire to drag out the object should be cleaned every time finished of one batch production.
6. The quality test of product always be supervised on every job.
